What began as a visit quickly turned into a cherished friendship with the owners, who generously welcomed us into their world of time-honored recipes and traditional crêpe-making techniques from Brittany, France.

With their guidance, we mastered the art of creating the perfect crêpes—from the savory richness of classic galettes to the sweet indulgence of dessert crêpes. When life brought us back to our hometown of Montgomery, Texas, we knew we wanted to bring this special part of France with us.
